Mandatory Documents

• Passport: Old passport if any.Original passports with a minimum validity of 6 months and 1 blank page for stamping.
• Visa Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed)

• Family Sheet Form : In typed format, applicant’s family details and educational details are mandatory as it needs to be filled in the form
• Coloured Photograph: Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months.
• Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
• Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years .Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign
• If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
• If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
• Others: Aadhar Card Copy
• Documents from Inviter: Passport and Canada visa copy of inviter..Last 6 month’s bank statement and last 3 month’s income tax papers..Tenant proof of Inviter.addressing the consulate and the other addressing the applicant with complete address and contact number.Employment proof of Inviter (Job confirmation letter and 3-month Salary slips)

• Passport: copy of all data pages.Old passport if any.Original Passport which should be valid for the intended stay and must have 2 back to back blank pages for visa stamping
• Visa Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed)

• Coloured Photograph: Without border. (Chin, nose, eyes, ears and eyebrows must not be covered).2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover
• Cover Letter: From the applicant on the Plain paper stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant.
• Invitation Letter: From the invitee/host/relative stating the purpose of stay and duration.
• Financial Document: Original personal bank statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank name and bank's telephone number..Income tax return for last 3 years .Pay slip for last 3 months
• If Self Employed: Balance sheet of the Company or Partnership Deed.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company.Articles of Memorandum (If Director / MD).Brief Company Profile
• Invitee Documents : Invitee Passport copy and visa copy.

Note: Visa fee + Courier fee may change without notice. The final rate can be reconfirmed either at the time of application or our team will inform you at the time of application submission. Acceptance/Rejections are to be finalized by the authority of each country. 

Visa Rate Structure in INR:

CA Short Term – With Bio – VFS 14025+GST 2360+SC=18390
CA Short Term – without Bio – VFS 8500+GST 2360 + SC=12860

Note: Fare may change by VFS/Embassy or it may affect due to rate of exchange. Final rate may get it from our staff as per the date of appointment/submission. Mostly our rates are including courier charges for submission. If GDT is submitting directly then it may apply courier charges as extra. However, VFS may apply extra courier charges to deliver passport to the applicant. Final approval of visa is by the authority of each country whereas an agent cannot influence it.
